Mother's Beef Brisket

 I've made the sauce a lot! I use it for my BBQ sauce for everything.

Sprinkle brisket with 1/4 tsp each salt, celery salt, garlic salt.
3 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
Bake covered 225 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours.

Sauce

1 14 oz bottle of tomato ketchup
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup waffle syrup
2 Tbsp oil
garlic salt
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauces
2 Tbsp of hot sauce
salt, pepper
