Hanover's Beef Brisket
1 can consume
1 6-8 oz bottle soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 Tbs liquid smoke
garlic to taste
Marinate brisket in marinade 24-48 hours. Cover tightly and cook in marinade 250 degrees for 5 hours.
